According to the provisions of the secrecy law and the spirit of relevant documents in our province, the organs that have and can grant the right of secrecy in our city are: Taizhou Party Committee, Commission for Discipline Inspection, People's Congress, government, CPPCC organs, people's courts and people's procuratorates.
Organs and units that do not have the right to classify, but often produce state secrets (more than six in the past three years) or often produce state secrets beyond their classification authority, can first apply to their superior business departments (such as the provincial XXX department) for authorization to classify.
