The scene was warm and cordial. Later, President Geng made a request to the studio: the family doesn't talk about two families. Teachers in the studio should reach an agreement on education and values, establish an interoperable language family, have common pursuits and ideas, communicate sincerely and reach a consensus. If you gather, you will be on fire, and if you disperse, you will be the first of all schools. Second, there should be academic achievements, and the main direction of research should be fruitful. This achievement is academic achievement, that is, classroom changes, not only changes in open classes, but changes in daily classrooms and students. President Geng said that he did not pay attention to the changes of students and classrooms, and the research was floating and not solid.
