First of all, I would like to thank the factory leaders for providing us with this good opportunity to communicate, and I am also very grateful to xxx for its strong support and concern for the education of employees' children. The healthy growth of children is influenced and restricted by schools, families and society, among which family education is particularly important, and parents are children's teachers. Family education exists in every moment and detail of daily life, and children's character is gradually formed in this casual and subtle way. We have no special way to educate our children. I would like to share my own experience with you here.
The first thing is to educate children to be adults before they become useful. To learn to be a man first is to attach importance to children's ideological and moral education. Without rules, there would be no Fiona Fang. Teaching children the rules and principles of life can benefit them for life. Excited words and deeds often have a direct and profound impact on children. As an incentive, we should set an example for our children, be polite, respect the old and love the young, and be professional and ethical. At the same time, through various channels, including returning home to experience rural life and participating in social practice, educate children how to be a person and what kind of person they become.
The second is to create a good family atmosphere. When we are together as a family, we pay great attention to maintaining a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. When there is a dispute between adults, we try to avoid children. If the child makes a mistake, he rarely reprimands, patiently reasoning, helping the child analyze the reasons and let him realize where he is wrong. Try to criticize children without emotion, respect them and communicate on an equal footing. When children are studying, parents should read more books and study, and control the time spent watching TV and using computers. A good family atmosphere provides a good learning and growing environment for children.
The third is to cultivate children's independence. We hope that children can be self-respecting and self-reliant, brave and strong in life. Guide children to participate in housework as much as possible from an early age, and encourage children to participate in social practice activities during holidays. When I was in junior high school, my children contacted the crane shop in Sheng Da supermarket for a week. In order to cultivate children's self-improvement character, children are also allowed to participate in Taekwondo learning and holiday expansion activities. In learning, children are required to complete their homework independently. We never do other homework with them except the dictation arranged by the school. While the child's self-reliance ability is gradually enhanced, it also allows the child to face setbacks correctly and learn to take responsibility in the process of growing up.
The fourth is to cultivate children to have a good attitude. Pay more attention to children's strengths and encourage them, but don't exaggerate praise and criticize them less, so that children can have more self-confidence and sense of accomplishment and constantly inspire their enterprising enthusiasm. Attaching importance to children to establish a correct concept of learning and cultivate good study habits is not just about how many points they scored in the exam. Never scolded them. They just work with him to analyze the shortcomings and reasons and find the direction for further improvement.
The fifth is to communicate with teachers in time and do a good job in school education. We often learn about children's situation in school through communication with children, and find out the problems in children's study in time through contact or encouragement with teachers, so as to help children and schools improve together.
The above is our superficial experience in the process of educating children. We also know that we have not done enough in raising children.
