Yunnan Vocational College of Special Education is the only independent public vocational college of special education in southwest China, which is under the management of Yunnan Provincial Department of Education. The school was approved by the People's Government of Yunnan Province on May 20 17 and established by the Ministry of Education. Formerly known as 1990, the College was formally established as Huaxia Secondary Vocational School in Yunnan Province with the approval of the Yunnan Provincial People's Government.
