Question 1: the backwardness and lack of family education

Some parents don't understand the teacher's educational methods, and even maliciously frame the teacher. Once the teacher encounters this kind of trouble, the school always reports the principle that "more things are better than less things", not only does it not make decisions for the teacher, but even complains that the teacher is too busy. This has greatly damaged the enthusiasm of teachers. The ultimate victims are students. Although there are not many such parents, they have had a bad influence on the school. During my investigation, not only teachers complained about this problem, but also some far-sighted parents mentioned it.

There are also some children whose parents have been working outside for a long time, which has caused some phenomenon of "intergenerational support". Grandparents always spoil their grandchildren and treat their children as little emperors. Some parents realized this problem long ago and took their children with them at work. Others leave one parent (usually the mother) to take care of the children at home. Moreover, the main reason for mom to stay is to do farm work, and taking care of the children is only an incidental reason.

Question 2: Disadvantaged teachers

The weakness of teachers is mainly reflected in three aspects: first, the number of teachers is insufficient; second, the ability of some teachers is limited; third, the ratio between men and women is unbalanced (there are too few male teachers). The first two problems have become the key bottleneck restricting the current education reform. The number of male teachers is too small, which leads to the lack of male role models for boys from childhood. This is not conducive to their growth. These three problems are particularly prominent in primary schools.

In fact, this phenomenon is not surprising. First of all, education is not the direction that college students aspire to. First-class talents either go abroad or enter the industry. Even those excellent talents in normal universities will jump out of the education circle as long as they have the opportunity. I have seen two such examples with my own eyes. Secondly, in the education industry, the lowest salary is for primary school teachers. Those who can enter high school will never want to enter junior high school. Those who can enter junior high school will not want to teach primary school. Finally, the imbalance between men and women in normal universities is the fundamental reason for the imbalance between men and women in teachers.

Question 3: Students are no longer afraid of teachers.

Because it is compulsory education, the school is not allowed to expel students. In addition, teachers dare not criticize or punish students easily, which makes students more and more courageous. In primary schools, teachers still have some status in students' minds. They dare not go against the teacher's words easily. In junior high school, many students no longer look down on their teachers. So they dare to make trouble openly in class and fight with teachers.

Question 4: Children will not choose healthy food.

Judging from the experience of the two dramas, children themselves will not choose healthy food at all. Junk food became their first choice. Actually, it's not surprising. There are only two courses in primary school, Chinese and mathematics, and no one will teach them how to choose dishes. And a person's eating habits are hard to change when he grows up. The impact of this on the child's future has not yet been shown. When these children grow up, when health becomes a stumbling block to their career. Maybe they can't even find the reason for their illness.

In view of the above problems, I put forward the following suggestions for basic education:

Suggestion 1: Explore the creation of parent training mechanism.

Because in rural areas, the general quality of parents is not high. So this is especially necessary in rural areas.

Recommendation 2: Increase investment in rural basic education.

These investments are not only reflected in the hardware facilities of basic education, but also in the income of teachers, especially the income of male teachers. It is the key to solve today's educational problems to attract more outstanding talents to devote themselves to education. Advanced educational ideas need to be implemented by teachers. Without first-class teachers, the educational reform full of hype is empty talk after all.

Recommendation 3: Establish nutritionist positions in primary schools.

Such nutritionists are not only responsible for configuring recipes for students. More importantly, he is responsible for cultivating children's eating habits and letting them know how to choose healthy food. So such a dietitian should also have a degree.

Survey feelings:

There is little investment in basic education in China, and even less in rural areas. When you go to primary school, you should bring your own stool. The desk is supported by several bricks and a board. There is only one teacher in each class, and once the teacher has something to do (I was pregnant in the third grade, I suspended classes for one semester. ), the class stopped.

Now the hardware facilities in primary schools are much better than ten years ago, and there are a little more teachers. What surprised me even more was the gratifying changes I saw in these children: First, they had more contact with things and broadened their horizons than we did then. While chatting with Sasha, she actually talked to me about Bill Gates. Second, although their hobbies are not encouraged by teachers, they can be preserved under this more tolerant system. For example, as Sasha mentioned, some students practice calligraphy in class. 10 years ago, this will not only attract criticism from teachers, but also attract contempt from classmates. Such children need more guidance and help from teachers and parents.
