"Being a good teacher" is the goal pursued by many teachers all their lives, and it is also my goal. Since I entered the post of education last year, I have been treating my work with a diligent and down-to-earth attitude, standardizing education and teaching with "teacher's morality" and taking "being a good teacher" as my work motto. Now I will summarize the work of the school year as follows:

First, ideologically, I love my country, love my party and make positive progress.

I take an active part in all kinds of study and training, and take part in political study seriously. I know that to educate students well, teachers must be honest, always teach and educate people, lead by example, be a teacher by example, infect students with their own personality and behavior, and try their best to make students and parents accept and like me. In the continuous work and study, I strive to improve my ideological consciousness and theoretical level quickly. Because I firmly believe that good conduct is the best thing for everyone, I put moral education and aesthetic education of students in the most important position in view of social atmosphere and student atmosphere.

Two, in the education and teaching, love their jobs, teaching rigorous.

Teaching students well and making them successful is every teacher's greatest wish and the highest honor. For teachers in the environment of curriculum reform, it is not enough to have a bucket of water. The teacher has running water. At work, I know the importance of learning, seize every opportunity to study hard, and constantly improve my education and teaching level and teaching management level through continuous study and practice. In school, learn from other teachers with an open mind, learn with an open mind, ask questions without shame, digest in time, absorb other people's opinions and suggestions, and constantly practice, summarize and improve in your own teaching. I usually learn from books, ask the computer, often compile papers, ask my classmates and colleagues to revise them, often read books about teaching, often go to various teaching websites and teaching forums to improve my classroom teaching level, and also master certain test-taking skills, so that students can make the greatest improvement in an effective time.

Third, in school work, obey the arrangement and be proactive.

The environment, leaders and teachers of our school all give people a good impression of being relaxed, harmonious, democratic and United, so working in such a collective is psychologically more relaxed and happy, although sometimes the tasks are heavier, so I am also more active in my work, hoping that I can contribute my weak strength to the construction of the school to the maximum extent. I can ask for instructions at ordinary times and report the work situation, problems and difficulties to the leaders in time. With other colleagues, I can take care of the overall situation, obey the arrangement, care for each other, help each other and communicate with each other.

Looking back on the work of one school year, although some achievements have been made, there are still some problems, such as lack of innovative consciousness and lazy thinking in the work, and no gratifying achievements have been made. But I believe that I will be more serious and work harder in the future, and my education will usher in a brilliant spring.
