Although the appearance of corrupt elements can shock some leading cadres, the phenomenon that corrupt officials are "far away from honest political education" and are not bound by education deserves reflection.

First of all, education is not everything. However, we must never leave education, especially clean political education.

Learning is the ladder of progress, otherwise it will not keep up with the development of the times. If a leading cadre is far away from the study and education of clean politics, he will inevitably have less ideological constraints and weak ideological defense. In practical work, we often encounter some such phenomena: at every clean government education meeting, the leaders leave the meeting after speaking, and some chief officials even let their deputies replace them; At the beginning of anti-corruption education activities, some leading cadres listened for a few minutes and left as a point; The learning experience of clean government education is done by someone; When leading cadres watch warning education films, they only emphasize that ordinary cadres and the masses are not allowed to take leave and are not allowed to be absent, but they do not watch them themselves ... Just look at the number of leading cadres at or above the division level who are investigated and dealt with every year. Leading cadres are the most educated. If leading cadres lack anti-corruption education courses, their world outlook, outlook on life, values and ideals and beliefs will be eroded by unhealthy trends, just as a person's body lacks the necessary calcium and will suffer from rickets. Immunity declines, and germs take advantage of it and fall into corruption traps such as money, power and beauty. It can be seen that the importance of education cannot be ignored. Consciously accepting the education of clean government is like taking a good medicine, which can regulate the spirit and soul, cultivate noble moral quality and dilute the pursuit of fame and fortune. Only in this way can our lives be protected from corruption and diseases.

Education is not everything. However, we must never leave education, especially clean political education. Therefore, we can't relax our efforts to strengthen the education of honesty in politics. We should innovate and improve the ways and means of anti-corruption education, and truly realize the unity of punishment education and prevention education.
