1. Educational synergy means that the three educational forces of school, family and society are interrelated, coordinated and communicated with each other, unifying the direction of education, and forming a common educational force with school education as the main body, family education as the foundation and social education as the support, which is the integration of school, family and social education and improves the effectiveness of educational activities. School education is the core of the three kinds of education at present. Second, the "big education system" consisting of school education, family education and social education needs to be adjusted in order to give full play to the joint efforts of education. In the process of educating their children, many parents pay too much attention to the tasks assigned by the school, such as checking their studies, urging their children to learn xi and completing the tasks assigned by the school. The "schoolization" of family education has become an extension of the school's main education, and the alienation of parents as test-oriented education partners. In addition, the boundary between family education and social education is also blurred. At present, social training/after-school counseling/after-school care has become a common educational choice for urban families in China. In the process of parents keen to choose these social education, there is a trend that social education replaces family education. In the process of competing for various training classes for children, the content of family education is gradually replaced by activities such as "sending children to training classes", "accompanying children to classes" and "cultivating children's interests and specialties". In short, the space of family education is filled with school education and social education to a certain extent, and family education is squeezed into "school education and social education". If school education and social education are excluded, the current educational content implemented by families is "hollow". In the current educational ecological system, the status and role of family education, school education and social education are not clearly defined. When they interact, a series of phenomena will follow, such as family education space being squeezed, social education deviating from educational attributes, and school education inaction. Parents in the middle are at a loss and feel a series of uncertainties, which leads to parents' educational anxiety. Therefore, constructing a benign interaction between home and school is an important way to solve parents' anxiety. Third, as a primary and secondary school teacher, I should cooperate with my parents to establish a benign interactive relationship and form an educational synergy.
