Shanghai Center for Foreign Education Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the Center) was established in 1998. It is a non-profit organization that conducts educational exchanges and cooperation between Shanghai and other countries under the supervision of Shanghai Association for Foreign Cultural Exchanges.
