Full-time inspectors include chief inspectors, deputy directors, inspectors and assistant inspectors.

(a) to participate in the relevant meetings of the supervised units;
(two) to require the supervised unit to report on the supervision matters and provide relevant documents and materials;
(three) to investigate the supervised units;
(four) to stop or put forward opinions on violations of educational laws and regulations;
(5) Other functions and powers as prescribed by laws and regulations. Eleventh education supervision institutions according to the needs, can jointly with the relevant departments to carry out education supervision work, can also hire a certain number of part-time inspectors and invited inspectors to participate in supervision activities. Twelfth education supervision is divided into comprehensive supervision, special supervision and random supervision.
Comprehensive supervision is a comprehensive and systematic supervision of the supervised units.
Special supervision is the supervision of a single item or several items of the supervised unit.
Random supervision is an irregular supervision of the supervised unit according to the actual situation. Thirteenth comprehensive supervision and special supervision according to the following procedures:
(a) to formulate a supervision plan;

(four) the formation of supervision results report, report to the people's government at the same level and notify the supervised unit.
Random supervision is carried out according to the actual situation and the arrangement of educational supervision institutions. Fourteenth supervised units shall accept the supervision of educational supervision institutions and make corresponding preparations according to their requirements.
The supervised unit shall carry out rectification according to the requirements of the supervision result report, and report the rectification to the education supervision institution within the specified time. Fifteenth supervised units have objections to the supervision report, you can apply to the education supervision institutions for review within 05 days from the date of receiving the supervision result report; If there are still objections to the review report, you can lodge a complaint with the people's government at the corresponding level within 15 days from the date of receiving the review report. Sixteenth educational supervision institutions can announce the supervision results involving major issues to the public through news media and other channels. Seventeenth educational supervision results should be used as one of the important basis for the assessment, rewards and punishments of the supervised units and the rewards and punishments, appointment and dismissal of the main responsible persons. Eighteenth full-time inspectors have an interest in the supervised unit or have other relations that may affect the fair development of educational supervision, and should be avoided. Nineteenth supervision units and their relevant personnel in violation of the provisions of this Ordinance, one of the following acts, by the education supervision institutions to give informed criticism; The person directly responsible and the main person in charge of the unit shall be given administrative sanctions in accordance with the cadre management authority; If the case constitutes a crime, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law:
(1) Obstructing or refusing educational supervision institutions and full-time inspectors to exercise their functions and powers according to law;
(two) resort to deceit, cheating education supervision institutions;
(three) refusing to implement the rectification opinions put forward in the report on the results of educational supervision;
(four) take revenge on the personnel who report the situation to the educational supervision institutions;
(five) other acts that hinder the work of education supervision.
