To this end, we have formulated the Measures for the Management of Students' Daily Behavior in Rongcheng No.3 Middle School (for Trial Implementation) according to the Management Standards of Ordinary Primary and Secondary Schools in Shandong Province and the Interim Provisions on the Punishment of Primary and Secondary School Students in Rongcheng City. This method comprehensively manages students from the aspects of morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetics, aiming at cultivating students' moral qualities of loving the motherland, socialism, respecting teachers, being honest and trustworthy, being ready to help others, being diligent and eager to learn, the desire and ability of lifelong learning, strong physique, good psychological quality and healthy aesthetic taste. Since the formulation and implementation of the "Measures", teachers have strictly implemented them and everyone is equal before the rules; Students have rules to follow, words and deeds to strengthen constraints, and basically achieved the expected results.

At the same time, in order to communicate with students' parents in time and jointly do a good job in student management, we have written to parents twice to inform the spirit of the meeting and publicize the relevant measures for the school to implement the Code. According to the different types of day schools and accommodation, parent-teacher conferences were held in different grades. Under normal circumstances, the head teacher communicates with parents face to face to solicit their opinions, so as to improve the school management measures in time. We ask teachers to increase the intensity of homework correction and inspection, count the error rate, draw knowledge points from the error rate, and then guide students to return to textbooks and use textbook knowledge to solve these problems. When necessary, teachers can give guidance and encourage students to finish independently. In the setting of homework, we designed "must do" and "choose to do" two contents. In the weekend homework, we try to arrange more topics for research study, including social practice topics and inquiry topics closely combined with disciplines.
