All units widely publicize the purpose, significance, focus and objectives of efficiency-enhancing activities by using various forms and carriers such as production meetings, trade unions, team meetings, blackboard newspapers, factory networks and team affairs propaganda, guide employees to establish innovative consciousness, and put forward ideas and methods such as saving energy and reducing consumption, changing small ones into small ones, repairing old ones and utilizing waste. All the staff in the station turn pressure into motivation, and put forward measures to control costs and improve efficiency in combination with their posts to create "everyone"

Our station is a comprehensive service-oriented unit integrating food, housing, education, medicine and management, and undertakes the work of property management, food hygiene supervision and management, medical and health care, early childhood education and foreign affairs reception in three communities of our factory. The work of the four subordinate grass-roots units has its own emphasis and characteristics. Kindergarten has innovated the teaching management mode. This year, with the preparation of "Warm Home" manual as the carrier, we actively explored a new model of family interactive teaching management. Teachers have carefully designed, compiled and edited the Warm Home Handbook, and made it more scientific, educational, knowledgeable and friendly by setting up special columns such as teaching content, children's activities, good parents' requirements and educational summaries. At present, the manual has been published in four issues. The beneficial exploration of the interactive teaching management mode of home has opened up a new channel of home contact, enhanced the joint force of early childhood education and improved social benefits. On the one hand, it is necessary to strengthen the copying and analysis of the water and electricity consumption of each unit, and at the same time find out the reasons for the increase or decrease of consumption, so as to find out the leakage points in time and take corrective measures. On the other hand, it is necessary to conduct a thorough investigation on the water and electricity consumption in each district and time period, and adjust the start-up time of high-power equipment as much as possible to avoid the peak of water and electricity consumption. The office buildings in Jinbei Community are delivered during the day and stopped at night, and the water and electricity lines of uninhabited units are directly shut down to minimize the waste of water and electricity. Through time-sharing management of water and electricity, it is estimated that more than 654.38 million yuan can be saved every year. The innovation of management mode has provided sufficient stamina for the long-term sustained and effective development of the "three innovations" efficiency-enhancing activities.
Fourth, based on the post, looking for new highlights of energy saving and efficiency improvement.
In the "Three Innovations" efficiency activities, Qi Xin, the broad masses of cadres and workers, made concerted efforts, based on their posts, closely focused on the key points and difficulties of reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and sought new highlights of energy conservation and efficiency. In mid-April, the general party branch of the station, the station administration and the station trade union jointly issued a call to all the station employees to enhance their service awareness and strive to be an economical model, and took May as the golden idea activity month of "striving to be an economical model". The staff of the whole station responded positively and made suggestions. A total of 66 golden ideas were put forward, 39 were adopted and 29 were implemented. The estimated benefit is nearly 400,000 yuan. Among them, there are not only golden ideas on technical transformation, but also enough articles on repairing the old and utilizing the waste, saving water and electricity. In the street lamp reconstruction project of the property management team, by adding a clock control device to each street lamp, only one street lamp is lit at ordinary times, and all three roads are lit as needed on holidays, which can save more than 2,500 yuan in electricity bill every month. Not only that, but also greatly prolong the life of street lamps and reduce the material loss. In the first half of the year, the property management team repaired and maintained refrigerators, air conditioners and other electrical appliances more than 56 times, repaired water heaters 1 12 times, and replaced corridor lights 100 times, and received 4 12 copies of maintenance task receipts, with a service satisfaction rate of over 90%. Not only the broad masses of workers, but also the station leaders took the lead in practicing economy and strengthening the management of office air conditioners, computers, printers and consumables, water heaters, lighting lamps, etc. And formulate management rules to reduce waste.
