Pre-job training refers to the professional training organized by a training institution recognized by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission before insurance salesmen engage in insurance marketing activities for the first time.
Follow-up education refers to the professional training organized by the training institutions recognized by the China Insurance Regulatory Commission every year when insurance salesmen are engaged in insurance marketing activities.
Before engaging in insurance marketing activities for the first time, insurance salesmen shall receive a total of not less than 80 hours of pre-job training.
Insurance salesmen engaged in insurance marketing activities shall receive no less than 36 hours of follow-up education every year, and the cumulative time of receiving insurance legal knowledge, professional ethics and integrity education shall not be less than 12 hours.
An insurance company shall submit an annual training report to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission before June 65438+1October 3 1 every year. The report shall include the contents, methods and time of pre-job training and follow-up education in the previous year and the training plan for this year.
