Personally, I don't think we can judge the quality of a course by its length. The reason for this is the following:
The length of the course is not directly related to the content of the course. Take 400 class hours as an example. 10 class is 40 days a day, including weekend breaks for almost two months. However, if you want to study for four months and have five class hours a day, then the real teaching duration depends on the class hours rather than the duration.
2. Different teaching methods and curriculum design will have a great impact on the number of class hours.
People who have attended school should have had this experience: when they went to junior high school, they felt that six years of primary school classes were actually enough; After attending high school, they think that one year of junior high school is enough; After going to college, they find that one semester's classes are enough for one month or even one week ... just as many people may not pass CET-4 from primary school to university, many people can reach a high level of English after studying in educational institutions for a few months. The same is true of learning UI. Having a teacher staring at you is definitely faster than watching videos, and a compact curriculum design is definitely faster than a loose curriculum design. In my own experience, PS is almost 40 class hours, which is enough to get started (pass the Adobe certification exam). Anything much longer than this is basically a loose curriculum design.
3. Personal learning ability is also an important factor.
Considering that everyone's learning ability is different, the learning time that individuals need is definitely different. However, one-to-one UI training is hard to find, and it is basically a class teaching mode with a fixed length of time, so those with weak learning ability may encounter delays. Therefore, some institutions use this as an excuse to flaunt their long courses and detailed content-in fact, this is unreasonable. If a long time equals more things to learn, students with weak learning ability will still be delayed. If long time does not mean learning more, it is inefficient teaching. What we need to do is to improve efficiency rather than increase the duration.
It's still a cliche. Choosing a training institution must be on-the-spot investigation. At present, the enrollment teachers in a few colleges dare to say anything to enroll students. Students should enhance their ability of independent judgment, not just listen to them, but have their own choice ability.
Recently, when a classmate communicated with me, he reflected that he didn't know what to visit on the spot. Here is a brief introduction:
1.? It doesn't matter if you don't understand the lecture, it mainly depends on the teaching method and the teacher's teaching ability, and whether you can listen to your own feelings. Whether the teacher speaks professionally or not (UI teaching content is basically dry goods, so if the teacher talks a lot of nonsense, you need to judge carefully).
2. Observe the students' listening state in class. Students listen carefully, indicating that they are more recognized by teachers in class, otherwise they need to be vigilant.
3. Observe whether there is communication between teachers and students. Harmony between teachers and students shows that students are more recognized by teachers.
4.? Observing whether other teachers in the organization go to work shows that teachers are full-time and may be part-time if they don't go to work. In contrast, full-time teachers are often more serious and responsible, and full-time teachers can also reflect the formality of institutions from the side.
5.? Generally, the works of students and teachers may not be available on the Internet. When you go on a field trip, you should take a closer look at them. It doesn't matter if you don't see good or bad. Look at the number, see how many students there are before, and see how many works the teacher has, especially the teacher's works. If there are not a certain number of online works (web pages or apps), then there is reason to doubt the level of teachers.
6. Communicate with students between classes and see what they say-don't let institutions that communicate with students or even attend classes wonder why.
7.? Look at the employment situation of former classmates, don't be afraid of trouble, ask which company's name, and try to give him an illusion that you can find. At this time, the reaction of the institutional teacher can actually be seen from the side that what he said is true or false.
I wish you can learn the UI well and find your favorite job as soon as possible.
