Education should make both the educated and the educators feel happy, so as to implement the original intention of education.

First, pay attention to teachers' lifelong development and build a platform for teachers' growth and learning.

Nowadays, many places also attach importance to teachers' continuing education, but continuing education has become an apportionment task. Teachers' summer vacation is like catching a trip, learning here and listening there, writing reflection after learning, taking notes and starting school, all of which are forgotten. After listening to a bunch of reports, I was excited at that time. After going back, it became a burden, and it also took up several credits for teachers' rest time. In fact, this short-term study has no effect. Teachers' real skills are learned in learning, and the real improvement should be completed in school. I think the school can tailor a study and development plan for each teacher, send teachers to study in universities, or have a good relationship with universities, so that specialized university teachers can systematically teach teachers of various majors. For example, a teacher was admitted to the in-service postgraduate of China Normal University, and the teacher who happened to be in class was the author of our junior high school curriculum standard. He ate the teaching materials thoroughly. How can such a targeted method be useless to teaching? Let teachers always maintain students' identity and learning status, so as to empathize with students and solve their problems.

Second, pay attention to teachers' mental health and effectively solve teachers' work pressure.

Teachers all feel tired. Why are they tired? Heart tired, in fact, if only engaged in teaching, there is nothing tired. I don't feel tired touching what I am familiar with every day. Tired is a lot of trivial matters. Comparing, learning and writing at all levels make teachers invisible and busy. Before the National Day holiday, our ordinary teacher received requests from three departments to write papers, so she took seven days off. Many of them have families and hope to visit relatives and friends. An article a day takes three days, just like a student. I also feel a heavy psychological burden when playing, and I have to compete with each other in the same class, the same school, the same film and the same district, almost every week in a semester. The teacher in charge of class is very tired every day. Today's children have so many problems, they are vulnerable groups and need care. Whether you are right or wrong, as long as something goes wrong, it's all your fault. Who wants to do such a thankless thing? Teachers' slack sense of responsibility is not due to the lack of conscience, but to the current situation of education.

Third, establish a perfect incentive mechanism to improve teachers' work enthusiasm.

Children need respect and encouragement. Does the teacher need it? The answer is yes. At present, many regulations stipulate that teachers can't do anything, or that if they don't do this, they can't give an excellent grade, be promoted or perform. I think if you are in an enterprise, you should be a poor leader. Teachers live on such a small salary and have to work hard to get all the results. They can't do it well, and there is no play all year round. If they do, they may not get it. Then who wants to do it? They should force the mechanism, encourage more, reward more, treat differently, distribute according to work, grade according to the effect, refine the grade, and don't cook in one pot.
