Brief introduction of cultural and educational policies in Qing Dynasty
The education system in Qing dynasty followed the imperial examination and Confucian education in Ming dynasty.

At the beginning, the provincial governments set up the inspector road, and all the assistant ministers were scholars. Only Shuntian, Jiangnan and Zhejiang are prefects, and Hanlin officials are used. During the Yongzheng period, the whole body was renamed as an academy, one in each province. Fengtian is a blessing, and Taiwan Province Province is a Taiwanese official. After Gansu became independent, it began to formally set up academic politics. Education officers in colleges, instructors in magistrate, learning administration in state government and fatwa in county. Everyone sends one and has a discipline to help them.

After the establishment of the Jin Dynasty after the historical evolution of the imperial clan education system in the Qing Dynasty, in order to cultivate talents and complete the great cause of reunification, Nurhachi realized that a nation with a larger population and a higher educational level could not be ruled by force alone. So, in July of the sixth year of destiny, Nurhachi ordered eight people, including Tobu, Zhahai and Hundai, to be the masters of the Eight Banners.
