First, in 2020 10, a middle school in Jiaozuo, Henan Province conducted a teacher title selection, and one of the female teachers scored in the top five in the student primary election. Success? Unsuccessful, another teacher who was originally ranked sixteenth was successfully elected. And this is not the first time that this female teacher has lost the election. For eight years in a row, her total score dropped a lot at the last teacher's grade, so there was no evaluation. So the female teacher reported the matter in her real name and appealed to the local court for two reasons: 1. The final grade of this middle school is published directly, and the grading process and evaluation criteria are not published, even she can't find it herself. She can only simply accept the announcement of the leadership. In the process of her appeal, the school repeatedly threatened her to delete all relevant videos, otherwise she would be expelled. Can this behavior be considered as a guilty conscience of the school? Therefore, according to the above two reasons, the female teacher decided to complain to her school.
However, it is a pity that the court won the case in the first instance. Because according to the relevant laws and regulations on the evaluation of teachers' professional titles in China, each region can set the standards for evaluating professional titles according to its own local conditions, and there is no unified statement on the standards for evaluating teachers. Moreover, after the investigation of the school by the court, the process of grading teachers by the school is completely legal and there is no problem, so of course the school will win the case. The female teacher refused to accept the appeal and appealed to the Intermediate People's Court. Until April 29 this year, the court announced that the original judgment was upheld, but the school still won the case.
Later, the female teacher cried when she appeared in court. I can't face my students anymore. I used to be full of confidence and enthusiasm for the profession of teacher. I believe in our laws, but in the end this is an unacceptable result for me. ? It is true that anyone who fails in the process of evaluating professional titles for eight consecutive years will collapse, but the process of evaluating professional titles in schools is really helpless. After all, the law stipulates that each region can make specific provisions according to its own situation. I am afraid that only the school itself knows what this provision is.
