2. Leave the files at school, and after the work unit is implemented, move the accounts and files to the place where the work unit is located. If the application file has not been executed for more than two years, the school will move its file and account back to its place of origin, and the school will no longer issue employment registration cards for it.
3. Transfer files to employment agencies or talent exchange centers. There are two ways to store college graduates' files in the talent center:
The first is that colleges and universities can store graduates' files in employment service centers by mail. They need to prepare their ID cards, registration cards, original graduation certificates, sealed files, academic certificates and electronic registration forms, and go to the talent center to go through the relevant procedures for file storage.
The second is that graduates' files are stored in the employment service center by public-to-public mail. Graduates themselves need to bring the original registration card, academic certificate and electronic registration card to the talent center for this file keeping procedure.
The steps of talent center transfer are as follows:
1. Receive the Personnel File Transfer Letter and the Insurance Relationship Transfer Notice issued by the talent center;
2. Return to the original unit to receive the dismissal certificate, files (or go to the talent center entrusted by the original unit), insurance manuals and other handover materials;
3. Return the materials in 2 to the talent center for personal record, and entrust them to pay the basic social insurance (under the personal name, there are only pension and basic medical care in the five insurances);
4. During the period when there is no new unit, the withdrawal of provident fund will be suspended;
5. The relationship between Party organizations is temporarily in the original unit or transferred to the talent center.
