Approved by the administrative department of vocational education in accordance with the law, full-time first-year and second-year students studying in private secondary vocational schools that meet the national standards will be subsidized according to the tuition-free standard of local public secondary vocational schools of the same type and major. Private secondary vocational schools can continue to charge students if the approved tuition standard is higher than the subsidy standard.

(2) Standards and measures for tuition-free subsidies.

After the implementation of the comprehensive tuition-free policy, in order to ensure the normal operation of the school, public schools will be subsidized by the government in the first and second academic years according to the number of students enjoying the tuition-free policy and the standard of tuition-free; In the third academic year, in principle, the school will make up for the income obtained through school-enterprise cooperation and internship, and the insufficient part will be given appropriate subsidies by the finance according to the proportion of students who enjoy the tuition-free policy and the tuition-free standard not exceeding 50% in the third academic year. For private schools, subsidies will be given according to the tuition-free standards for first-and second-year students in local public secondary vocational schools of the same type and major.

Tuition-free subsidy funds are allocated by the finance of the autonomous region according to the following subsidy standards: 2,200 yuan per student in secondary vocational schools directly under the autonomous region, 2,000 yuan per student in municipal secondary vocational schools with districts, 2,500 yuan per student in county (city, district) secondary vocational schools 1.500 yuan, 3,000 yuan per student in senior technical schools, and 3,000 yuan per student in art secondary vocational schools directly under the autonomous region. According to the actual number of people who meet the tuition-free subsidy policy, the subsidy part is used by the school; The rest will be carried forward to the next year to continue to implement the tuition-free policy.

(3) Measures for sharing tuition-free funds.

In accordance with the unified regulations of the autonomous region, the subsidy funds required for tuition exemption shall be borne by the central and autonomous regional governments at the same level.

If the scope of the free policy of secondary vocational education issued by cities and counties is greater than or the relevant standards are higher than this notice, it can continue to be implemented, and the excess funds will be borne by the cities and counties that issued the policy.
