Establish a relationship of trust
Parents should establish a good trust relationship with their children, truly trust their children, and believe that their children have the ability to do their own things and not let them be arranged.
Encourage children to do things boldly.
Parents should encourage their children to do things boldly, analyze the reasons for failure, don't blame the children, and then adjust the action plan until they succeed.
Strengthen delayed gratification training
Parents should strengthen delayed gratification training. Don't let children have any desires and demands, and meet them immediately. Some need appropriate delay to improve their internal control and resilience.
Don't use "cold violence"
Parents should not use "cold violence" including "soft violence of language and emotion". What children should do is to strictly supervise the process, and don't blame, scold or give children too much negative emotional pressure when the results are not good.
