Second, be modest and prudent, and be neither arrogant nor impetuous. This is the deep impression that Teacher Song gave me. Whether dealing with the relationship between teachers and students, or dealing with the relationship between schools, families and society, we should be modest and prudent, guard against arrogance and rashness, and always keep a clear and rational mind. Brainstorm, don't be subjective. We should have a strong sense of equality and common learning, discuss and exchange ideas regularly when things happen, and mobilize students' awareness of active learning. Teachers should be broad-minded and not narrow-minded. We should be tolerant of people and things, listen to different opinions, be strict with ourselves, be lenient with others, be less suspicious, jealous and resentful, be more understanding, caring and friendly, and set a good example for students. Third, we should love our education object-students. A teacher should be a master sculptor, who can carve a blank into a beautiful work of art with his own thoughts and feelings. Four, I think, a good teacher must first have a professional spirit and be loyal to the party's educational cause all his life. To do this, we must fully understand the significance of teachers' work and love education. Modern times are an era of fierce competition. The competition between countries is mainly reflected in the competition of comprehensive national strength.
