Prepare the examination room, hire and train invigilators
1.
Before the exam, the examination room should be arranged;

(1) Hard Pen Calligraphy Examination

If a single table cannot be achieved, the distance from left to right of the candidate shall not be less than 60 cm, and the distance from front to back shall not be less than 80 cm. When using the lecture hall as the examination room, the seats should be arranged alternately to prevent cheating. The determination of the number of people in each examination room should be based on the above principles;
(2) the examination room should have enough light to ensure proper ventilation and quiet environment;
(3) In the implementation of the examination, except for tables, stools and necessary items, other items are not allowed to be brought into the examination room.
(2) Calligraphy Examination
There should be enough space for candidates to write. The number of people in each examination room is determined according to the actual situation of the examination room;
(2) the examination room should have enough light to ensure proper ventilation and quiet environment;
(3) during the examination, except for tables, stools and necessary items, other items shall not be brought into the examination room;
(4) at the latest one day before the exam, announce the schematic diagram or location of the examination room, post the examination subject, level, examination room number and admission ticket number at the entrance of each examination room, and post the seat number in the upper left corner of each seat in the examination room. And let candidates know the location of their examination room on the same day. Clear guiding signposts should be set around the test sites;
⑤ Each examination room should employ two people as invigilators. Examiners should have a strong sense of responsibility. The invigilators shall be trained in accordance with the Code for invigilators of China Painting and Calligraphy Grade Examination and its relevant regulations, so that they can understand the responsibilities of invigilators, the allocation of seats in the examination room, the requirements for issuing test papers, and be familiar with the precautions of candidates;
⑥ Before the examination, the examination administrator of the test center prints the roster of candidates in each examination room in advance and distributes it to the invigilators in the corresponding examination room in advance;
⑦ During the examination, the examination center should set up working groups on examination, security, hygiene and safety, and provide necessary stationery and other supplies for the examination staff.
(3) Basic requirements for the examination room of sketch and color subjects: (The subject levels to be arranged for still life are: sketch level 3-6 and color level 6. Other art subjects are required to refer to the requirements of the hard pen calligraphy examination room. )
① 30 candidates in each examination room (standard classroom); Divided into two groups, each group 15 candidates.

The examination room should be safe and quiet, with good ventilation and lighting conditions and relatively complete facilities, which is conducive to the examination.
There shall be no other items, handwriting and pictures that may affect the examination except the necessary items in the examination room.
(4) at the latest one day before the exam, announce the schematic diagram or location of the examination room, post the subject, level, examination room number and admission ticket number of the examination room at the entrance of each examination room, and post the seat number on each seat in the examination room. On the same day, let candidates know the location of their examination room and set up obvious guiding signs;

Examination paper receiving

Get the test paper. Examination papers should be sent to the contractor 7 days before the examination. Upon receipt of the test paper, the contractor shall immediately count the number of test paper bags, check whether the seal is complete and whether the test paper bags are damaged. And sign the "China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Paper Sending Sheet" for confirmation. If it is found that the quantity is inconsistent and the test paper bag is damaged, it should be immediately verified by the social examination office of the examination center and necessary remedial measures should be taken. When receiving the test paper, the recipient should have two people present;

Examination paper keeping. After the examination paper is counted, the relevant personnel shall handle the handover procedures and immediately hand over the examination paper to the confidential room for preservation. Special person is responsible for ensuring safety;

Examination papers should be sent to the examination offices of each test center on the day of the examination, and each test center should immediately count the number of bags, check whether the seal is complete and whether the test paper bags are damaged, and sign the "China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Test Paper Delivery Form" for confirmation. After the person in charge of the test center announces the post and responsibilities of the invigilator, the examination office of the test center will distribute the test papers to the examination rooms;

The main research, invigilator's card, examination room layout personnel card, invigilator's card and staff card are supervised by the social examination office of the test center, and each organizer prints and distributes them by itself;

The test paper sealing strip will be distributed together with the test paper bag;

The storage, confidentiality, transportation and reception of test papers should be strictly in accordance with the relevant confidentiality provisions of the state and the examination center of the Ministry of Education.
Third,
Examination work discipline

65438+ 0 hours before the exam, the examination room will arrange personnel in a centralized manner, and announce the distribution of personnel and job responsibilities.
Note: The examiner of the test center will open the envelope of the layout plan of the art subject examination room in public, and arrange the examination room layout personnel to complete the booth placement of each examination room according to the layout requirements. 20 minutes before the exam, the examination room layout personnel should complete the use and placement work and evacuate the examination room.

50 minutes before the exam, the invigilator will receive the examination papers in this examination room. When you receive it, you should confirm the number of test subjects, grades, test papers and answer sheets, and verify whether the test paper bag is sealed well. If there is any problem, it should be handled together with the examiner of the test center and reported to the competent department at the next higher level when necessary;

45 minutes before the exam, invigilators enter the examination room, inspect and clean the examination room, report any abnormal situation to the person in charge of the examination center in time, and take relevant effective measures;
4.
30 minutes before the exam, invigilators should guide candidates to enter the examination room with the admission ticket and ID card (or other valid identification documents). Candidates should be seated accordingly. After the candidates are seated, they should put the admission ticket and ID card (or other valid ID card) in the upper left corner of the drawing board. The invigilator should check whether the admission ticket and identity card (or other valid identity documents) of each candidate in the examination room are complete one by one before the exam, and check the photos on the admission ticket. Candidates with incomplete documents or photos obviously inconsistent with themselves should leave the examination room as required and may not take the exam;

20 minutes before the exam, organize and arrange the examination room of art subjects to evacuate the examination room.

Before the 10 test, the invigilator will open the test paper bag in public, check the test subjects, scores and copies, and read the candidates' instructions.

Five minutes before the exam, distribute the test papers to the candidates, check the number of test papers, and instruct the candidates to fill in the name, admission ticket number, test center name and other related information in the designated position with blue-black or black handwriting pen and signature pen. Remind candidates to wait for the answer signal before answering the question. If there is any mistake in the distributed test paper, you should report it to the examiner immediately and ask for a replacement.
8.
After the test paper is distributed, invigilators should check whether the candidates clearly fill in the relevant information in the specified position of the test paper and answer sheet, and are not allowed to write outside the specified position, otherwise the test paper will be invalid at their own risk.
9.
After the test signal was sent out, the invigilator announced the beginning of answering questions. There should be an invigilator before and after the examination room. Invigilators are not allowed to smoke, do questions, mark papers, check candidates' answers, read books and newspapers, or delay the examination time in advance. The examination paper shall not be taken out or sent out of the examination room during the examination time;
10.
Those who are more than 30 minutes late are not allowed to enter. Do not leave the examination room without authorization during the examination;

After 30 minutes, the invigilator should indicate the name and admission ticket number of the absent person in the Record Form of China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Room on the paper bag.

The invigilator should carefully supervise the candidates' examination and stop the candidates from violating the examination discipline. If candidates are found to be in violation of discipline, they should truthfully fill in the Record Form of China Painting and Calligraphy Level Examination Room, and deal with it in conjunction with the examiner of the test center according to regulations;

The invigilator shall not make any explanation for the content of the test questions. Answer all the questions raised by the candidates that the printed text of the test paper is unclear;

15 before the end of the exam, the invigilator should remind the candidates to pay attention to mastering the time;

After the examination termination signal is issued, the invigilator announces that the candidates will immediately stop answering questions and then collect the examination papers. When receiving the test paper, check whether the name, admission ticket number, subject, grade and seat number on each answer sheet are complete. If it is not complete, candidates should be required to fill it out immediately. At the same time, check whether the pages of the test paper are complete. Candidates can be allowed to leave after the inspection is completed;
16.
Arrange the answer sheets according to the order of seat number from small to large (small size above, large size below), put the test paper and answer sheet into bags respectively, and after the invigilator confirms that the numbers of the test paper and answer sheet are correct, sign the Record Form of China Calligraphy and Painting Grade Examination Room on the test paper bag and return the test paper and answer sheet to the examination office of the test center;
17.
The examination office of the test center will recheck the test papers returned by each examination room and seal the test paper bags. The sealed test paper should be sent to the organizer according to the specified time. During the undelivered period, the examination papers are kept in the same way as before the examination;

During the examination time, the examiner should be on duty in the examination room of the test center to deal with the problems in the examination in time. If the test paper is incomplete, illegible, wrongly installed, etc. If the test cannot be carried out normally, it should be reported to the organizer for approval, and the spare paper should be unsealed according to relevant procedures, and detailed records should be made at the same time; In case of violation of discipline in the examination room, the examiner of the examination center should deal with it in time and make corresponding records. In case of major problems, you should immediately contact the superior examination institutions and examination centers by telephone;
19.
During the examination, the examiner of the test center should deploy appropriate personnel to patrol the examination room to ensure the smooth progress of the examination.
20.
Examiners, invigilators and invigilators of the test center should wear obvious badges when working, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the examination room;

After all the exams are over, the test papers will be recovered by the test center and handed over to the organizer;
