1, study guide

Every week, the group leaders of all age groups organize their teachers to study and discuss the guide. Through writing study notes and collective communication, teachers deeply understand the spirit of the Guide, interpret the concepts of education, learning, evaluation and teacher-child interaction, and exchange their own shortcomings and efforts according to the development goals, specific requirements and daily work practice of children of all ages put forward in the Guide.

2. Practice guide

(1) In order to better practice the educational concept of "guidance", our garden organizes teachers to carry out activity design competitions, observe the lectures of teachers who go out to study, better understand the spirit of "guidance" and apply it to class evaluation and discussion.

(2) On the basis of the research on the development of children's language ability based on performance games in our garden, we thoroughly studied the spirit of the Guide and carried out games and language exchange activities.

(3) On May 23rd, our garden invited teacher Peng, a provincial preschool education expert, to guide the work. After visiting the environment, regional activities and game activities in our park, Mr. Peng affirmed the teaching in our park, and pointed out the direction we need to pay attention to and suggestions for rectification when practicing the Guide. And held a vivid lecture on the interpretation of the Guide for all teachers in our park to help teachers clear their minds and point out the direction.

Through the publicity month activities, the communication and contact between teachers, parents and all aspects of society have been promoted, the development of teachers' professional quality has been improved, and the atmosphere for children to grow up happily has been created, which has played a good role in promoting the vigorous development of our park. To this end, our park will establish a long-term mechanism, incorporate publicity month activities into the annual work plan, focus on the spirit of the Guide, the outstanding problems and key links in our park's education, advanced models and successful cases of science education, increase publicity efforts, strengthen publicity characteristics, improve publicity effectiveness, effectively transform advanced ideas, successful practices and mature experiences of science education into consensus and actions of the whole society, and implement the requirements of following the laws of children's physical and mental development into family education and kindergarten education.
