Graduates of general enrollment plan: qualified graduates from high schools in mainland People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province) or graduates who have passed the selection examination by candidates with equivalent academic qualifications.

4. Different certificates

National education graduates: certificates issued to students by private colleges and universities in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China and the Law on the Promotion of Private Education.
