In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law stipulates that people's governments at all levels guide family education, and women and children's work agencies of people's governments at or above the county level organize, coordinate, guide and urge relevant departments to do a good job in family education; The education administrative department and the women's Federation undertake the daily affairs of family education according to the division of responsibilities; Spiritual civilization construction, public security, civil affairs and other relevant departments shall do a good job in family education within the scope of their respective duties. Judicial organs, mass organizations and grass-roots mass autonomous organizations support family education in combination with their own work.

The main responsibility of family education lies in the family, and the state does not interfere excessively, but it needs certain support measures. In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law stipulates six aspects:
