Judicial organs, mass organizations and grass-roots mass autonomous organizations support family education in combination with their own work.
The main responsibility of family education lies in the family, and the state does not interfere excessively, but it needs certain support measures. In this regard, the Family Education Promotion Law stipulates six aspects:
The people's governments at or above the county level shall formulate special plans for family education, incorporate family education guidance services into the urban and rural public service system and the catalogue of government-purchased services, and incorporate relevant funds into the fiscal budget.
The State Council organized relevant departments to formulate the national guidelines for family education, and the provincial people's government or the municipal people's government with districts where conditions permit organized relevant departments to compile family education guidance books and formulate corresponding family education work norms.
The people's governments at or above the provincial level shall make overall plans to build a family education information sharing service platform, and the people's governments at or above the county level shall determine the family education guidance institutions, organize the establishment of a professional team of family education guidance services, carry out family education services, and provide targeted family education services to families with certain difficulties in family education, especially left-behind minors and families of minors in distress.
