When the applicant goes through the certification formalities with the completed notarial certificate, sometimes he can't go through the certification formalities because the notarial certificate is unqualified and irregular. In this case, the diplomatic officer in charge of the certification procedure usually follows the following procedures:
1. Notarial certificate that clearly points out unqualified, irregular or wrong;
2. After registration, it shall be returned to the applicant, the agency certification unit or the original notary office, with an explanation to inform the reasons for the change;
3. After receiving the notarized certificate returned for alteration, the notary office shall make corrections or reapply, and then return it to the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the Foreign Affairs Office for certification.
When the applicant encounters a notarial certificate of change, he should calmly check the reasons for the change and wait for the change to pass the certification according to the above procedures.
The general requirements for foreign embassies (consulates) in China to handle the certification procedures of notarial certificates issued by notary organs in China are:
1. Qualified notarial certificate that meets the requirements of relevant domestic authorities (such as whether the translation is accurate, whether the translation category is required, etc.). );
2. The notarial certificate shall be certified by the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China or the foreign affairs offices of relevant provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government.
