National recognition of academic qualifications

According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, independent colleges cannot issue school-based diplomas, and the full name of independent colleges should be issued on undergraduate and junior college diplomas, such as XX College (branch school) of XX University, which is recognized by the state.
