Yanbian Institute of Education is an undergraduate college, which belongs to public universities.

Yanbian Institute of Education 1956 was founded as Yanbian Correspondence Normal School,1October 30th 1959 was renamed as Yanbian Normal College, on August 8th 1975 was renamed as Yanbian Institute of Education, and on June 20th, 2000 it was renamed as Yanbian Institute of Education.

The location and nature of the school

The college is located in Danhong Hutong, Beishan Street, Yanji City. It has a teaching building with a total construction area of 1 1000 square meters. It is a county-level institution affiliated to the State Education Bureau and a normal adult college.

The main responsibilities of the school

(a) to undertake the training of leading cadres and the continuing education of teachers in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and vocational and technical schools at all levels in Quanzhou.

(two) to undertake teaching management, teaching guidance, teaching research, teaching evaluation, curriculum resources development, and to radiate the guidance and research of Korean education and teaching in Northeast China.

(three) to perform the duties of modern educational technology training centers in primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and vocational and technical schools in Quanzhou. ?
