Quanzhou School for the Blind and Deaf in Fujian Province (hereinafter referred to as "our school") is a comprehensive special education school integrating preschool education, autism education, deaf education and vocational education for the blind and deaf. It is one of the important directions of education and teaching in our school to form educational synergy through the interaction between home and school. We have accumulated a lot of family education experience of special education in the research of home-school interaction for many years. I want to share this article with you.
First, the status quo of family education for students in special education schools
In the education industry, the teaching work in special education schools is the hardest, most complicated and most tiring. Teachers who insist on working in special education schools not only undertake the educational task of special children, but also undertake the extra work-the education of parents of special children.
Among the parents of many special children, most of them have a low level of cultural knowledge. A questionnaire survey of more than 300 parents in our school shows that 58% of parents have not graduated from primary school, so it is conceivable that special children are behind in family education. Therefore, home-school interaction is very important. Our school has planned to carry out parents' work and do a good job in parents' service for special children. For a long time, the interactive education between home and school has achieved good results, adding many characteristics to the work of our school.

In special education, there are contradictions between parents' cultural knowledge and children's education. How to make special children enjoy the happiness of family education is a difficult task for teachers in special schools. To this end, our school has formulated the formation mechanism of home-school interaction, so that parents of special students can learn how to educate their children and help them develop healthily in their study and life. Special children need school education and good family education, so parents' learning is bound to become a breakthrough, and parents' training is feasible and important.
2. Home-school interaction-sign language training for parents
Hearing-impaired children live in a silent world, and the learning of cultural knowledge must be realized through the education of special schools. Many special children from remote mountainous areas, due to poor family economy, long distance and other reasons, some parents send their children to special education schools and only pick them up at the beginning of the semester and at the end of the holiday, during which there is almost no contact.
In this way, children will have great psychological fluctuations. Originally, special children have such psychological problems, and their parents' neglect has increased their psychological burden. The only way to solve this problem is to carry out the work in parenting education. The psychological deficiency of special children can be effectively filled through activities such as open day class activities and parents' open day parent-child games.

In view of some psychological troubles and problems of special children in adolescence, teachers will take the initiative to contact psychological teachers and parents to discuss countermeasures, and carry out psychological intervention in a way that children can easily accept, so as to guide children to objectively look at themselves and some people and things around them during this transition period, help children sort out vague ideological understanding, improve their psychological literacy, cultivate their positive, optimistic and inclusive mentality, and lay the foundation for forming a correct outlook on life and world.

In many special education schools, parents pay far less attention to their children's performance in school than ordinary schools. Teachers often try to contact parents but can't, or hope parents can come to school to discuss their children's problems, so the contact between home and school is blocked.
At this time, teachers can timely convey the school notice and children's situation to parents through WeChat, and parents can also seek advice or help from teachers on various problems and puzzles encountered in the process of educating children through "micro-platform". Teachers can educate and guide children in time according to parents' feedback, and solve the contradiction or misunderstanding between parents and children.
Parents can also express their opinions and suggestions on schools and classes through the "micro platform". Teachers who need parents' cooperation when their children have problems in school education can also communicate with parents in time through the "micro-platform" to make family education and school education complement each other.
Five, home-school interactive education must do a good job in the development of parent training courses and teaching materials.
In the long-term research and practice, our school has summarized the experience of parents' training in special schools, organized relevant family education teachers to carry out their work, and developed home-school education training textbooks such as Home-school Education Reader-Sign Language, Home-school Education Reader-Braille, and Legal Education Reader for Disabled Students, so as to provide all-round education and training for parents of children in special schools, so that they can learn together with their children and make progress together. At the same time, parents' training has been carried out in an orderly manner and has become a modern special education school that satisfies parents.
In a word, home-school cooperation in special education has the same significance and value as school education and training. Just as a car has two wheels, both are indispensable. Both teachers and school leaders, including students' families, should constantly improve their awareness of mutual cooperation, work hard and cooperate closely to jointly do a good job in the education of special students.
