Part-time inspectors shall be appointed by educational supervision institutions for a term of three years, and may be employed continuously for no more than three consecutive terms. Article 9 Education supervision institutions shall regularly provide inspectors with professional training in relevant laws, regulations, rules, education management, education quality evaluation and monitoring, and take measures to support inspectors to carry out scientific research and exchanges in education supervision, so as to improve their professional ability. Tenth inspectors are appointed by the educational supervision institutions to carry out educational supervision.
In conducting educational supervision, inspectors shall abide by the relevant provisions of the state and this Municipality, objectively and fairly reflect the actual situation, and shall not conceal or fabricate facts.
If the inspector has an interest in the supervised unit or there are other circumstances that may affect the objective and fair implementation of educational supervision, he shall withdraw.
Educational supervision institutions are responsible for evaluating the performance of inspectors at the corresponding level. Those who fail to pass the examination shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations. Education supervision shall be implemented according to the characteristics of the school, and the specific measures shall be formulated by the municipal education supervision institution. Thirteenth the implementation of education supervision can take comprehensive and systematic comprehensive supervision, single or partial special supervision and regular supervision of school education in the responsibility area of education supervision. Article 14 District educational supervision institutions shall set up educational supervision responsibility areas according to the layout of schools and the size of students within their respective administrative areas, and assign no less than two responsible inspectors to each school in the responsibility areas. The name, contact information and supervision matters of the responsibility supervisor shall be announced to the public through the government website. The opinions and suggestions of students, their parents, teachers and the public on standardizing running schools can be directly reflected to the responsible inspectors.
