1. Go to the compulsory education school where the household registration is located to receive the approval form for deferred (exemption) study.
2. Hold the certificate of medical institutions at or above the county level, disability certificate and household registration book, and wait until the compulsory education stage of household registration to receive the "Approval Form for Slow (Exemption) Learning".
3. If school-age children and adolescents who receive compulsory education need to postpone their enrollment due to their physical condition, the parents of the students shall issue a medical record certificate issued by a medical institution at or above the county level and submit a written application.
4. Only after reporting to the education administrative department where the household registration is located for approval and issuing a certificate of deferred admission can the enrollment be postponed.
