2, the junior middle schools should be based on the overall requirements of the province, city and district requirements, according to the junior high school students' academic test scores and comprehensive quality evaluation results, in accordance with the principle of students' voluntary, from high to low, to develop the school's indicators, mainly produced by the school, and reported to the local education administrative department for approval before implementation.
