The online education of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics has developed order-based teaching services for enterprises and industries. In 2005, we cooperated with GENPACT (Dalian) Co., Ltd. to provide customized academic continuing education services for its employees and set up GENPACT classes. In the same year, Liaoning Police Officer Distance Education Learning Center was established in cooperation with Liaoning Police Officer College to carry out online education of public security and judicial system.

The network education of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics actively carries out the activities of helping the disabled and helping students. In 2004, the "Haiyan Classroom" education project was jointly launched with Dalian Disabled Persons' Federation to recruit students for the disabled and provide online education services for students free of charge. It has been successfully held for three times and has attracted wide attention from all walks of life.
