On August 29th, 2008, the Luxembourg government promulgated the Law on Free Movement of Persons and Immigration (hereinafter referred to as the Immigration Law), which came into effect on June 29th, 2008. This law consists of 12 and 162, which stipulates the entry, residence and employment of foreigners, citizens of EU countries, citizens of third countries and workers in Luxembourg.

Luxembourg immigration conditions

1, equivalent to a college diploma.

2. Know a little English/German/French (one of three languages).

3. Having served as a legal person, shareholder or senior manager of the company for more than three years. There are additional conditions here, and nothing can be ignored. )

4. More than 500,000 bank deposits.

5. Good health and no criminal record.
