Can I get a refund for CET4 and CET6?

In principle, CET-4 and CET-6 cannot be refunded, but in case of special circumstances, such as epidemic situation or force majeure factors affecting the normal progress of CET-4 and CET-6, the examination fee can be refunded according to the original payment method.

Of course, if the candidate pays the fee repeatedly, the fee will be returned to the candidate's account after the examination of CET-4 and CET-6.

As CET-4 and CET-6 are the national English tests that the education department is responsible for, which mainly measure and judge the English ability of college students, and the test covers a wide area, so in general, CET-4 and CET-6 cannot be refunded.

However, when students have special circumstances, such as the domestic epidemic, many large-scale exams will be cancelled because of the epidemic. In this case, candidates can get a refund of grade four or six. If the cancellation of CET-4 and CET-6 is due to non-examinee factors, then candidates do not need to worry about the refund of CET-4 and CET-6, because there will be a department in charge of refund in the examination center of the Ministry of Education.

Conditions for refund after registration of CET-4 and CET-6:

1. Due to force majeure factors such as epidemic situation and extreme weather, the CET-4 cannot be organized normally.

2. If there is a problem with the examination system during the CET-4 and CET-6, the candidate agrees to arrange for him to take the CET-4 and CET-6 in other times after being confirmed by the system administrator and invigilator. If the candidate does not agree, the examination fee will be refunded;

3. Candidates cannot take the CET-4 and CET-6 due to system failure, and the examination fee will be refunded;

4. If the candidate's data can't be marked for some reason, the exam fee of CET-4 and CET-6 will be refunded.

5. If candidates pay fees repeatedly when applying for CET-4 and CET-6, they should fill in the admission ticket number and other relevant information, and consult the relevant departments of CET-4 and CET-6 for handling. Under normal circumstances, the money repeatedly paid by candidates will be returned to the bank card account used by candidates when paying.

Four or six levels of refund note:

1. Refunds must be applied in person, and will not be accepted after the application date of Band 4 and Band 6 expires. Please consider it carefully.

2. If the candidate applies for a refund, but still takes the exam on the same day, it will be regarded as a failure in the refund of CET-4 and CET-6 and will be excluded from the refund list;

3. Candidates who meet the registration requirements for the next CET-4 and CET-6 will not be affected by the refund of this application (the specific qualification requirements are subject to the registration notice for the next exam);

4. The registration fee for CET-4 and CET-6 shall be refunded by the Examination Institute of the Ministry of Education according to the original payment channel, subject to the actual receipt.
