According to the regulations, personnel with primary accounting professional and technical qualifications should participate in continuing education from the year when they obtained accounting professional and technical qualifications, and obtain the required credits within the specified time. Junior accounting professional and technical personnel to participate in continuing education to implement credit system management, to participate in continuing education to get no less than 90 credits each year. Among them, professional subjects are generally not less than two-thirds of the total credits.

Relevant provisions on continuing education of primary accounting:

According to the "Regulations on Continuing Education for Accounting Professional and Technical Personnel" issued by the Ministry of Finance, those who have accounting professional and technical qualifications in state organs, enterprises, institutions and social organizations, or those who do not have accounting professional and technical qualifications but are engaged in accounting work, need to participate in continuing education. Accounting professional and technical personnel have the right to participate in continuing education and the obligation to receive continuing education.

Participate in the national accounting professional and technical qualification examination and other accounting-related examinations, and each pass or admission will be converted into 90 credits. The so-called "accounting professional and technical qualification examination" is nothing more than the primary accounting title, intermediate accounting title and senior accounting title. Therefore, after obtaining the primary accounting title, there is no need for continuing education in the current year, and continuing education can be started from the following year.
