He used to be the assistant to the governor of Hebei Province, the party secretary and director of Hebei Provincial Local Financial Supervision Administration, and the director of Hebei Provincial Financial Work Office. In September 2022, he served as Party Secretary and Director of the Civil Affairs Department of Hebei Province.
