3. After the consumer signs up for the repair, make an appointment with the consumer on the same day to determine the on-site service time, and provide on-site service within 24 hours (unless the consumer has special requirements), and immediately provide on-site service under special circumstances, and follow up the return visit;
4. For products such as energy-saving wall-hung boilers purchased by consumers, service outlets at all levels should provide a free door-to-door installation service (if accessories need to be added due to the installation environment, service outlets should provide installation materials, and service outlets must ensure that the materials meet relevant national standards and bear corresponding responsibilities, and the expenses shall be borne by consumers);

2. After the repairman comes to the door, he will check the defect of the product and then determine the cause of the defect. If the warranty period is right or wrong, then he needs to supply the charging standard to the user according to the regulations, negotiate the cost with the user, and then carry out the corresponding maintenance after the user agrees.
3. If there is a certain dispute between maintenance personnel and users during the maintenance process, then maintenance personnel also need their own emotions to respond to the company and let the company handle it harmoniously.
4. After the maintenance is completed, the maintenance personnel need to repair and test the product with the user to see if it can be used normally, and also need to issue a formal receipt certificate after charging.
5. If the parts need to be replaced for the repair, the special service outlets should use the wall-hung boiler electrical accessories to replace them. Used parts should not be returned to the sales company to compensate for the maintenance costs.
6. For the loss of useful purchase vouchers, the date of product purchase can be calculated on the first day of the following month according to the factory date of the nameplate on the product body. For split type, consider the later production date in internal machine or external machine. Perhaps the service network will check the actual purchase date with the sales company according to the barcode of the machine that the user reported for repair.
High-efficiency and energy-saving wall-hung boilers are free during the three-package period. However, in the following cases, maintenance fees need to be paid:
1, without warranty certificate and valid invoice or valid purchase certificate;
2. The valid certificate is inconsistent with the warranty certificate or has been altered;
3. Damage to consumers due to improper use, maintenance and storage;
4. Damage caused by irresistible natural disasters or harsh use environment;
5. Commodities and washing machines with shelf life;
Damage caused by installation and maintenance of special service outlets of non-energy wall-hung boiler appliances (including installation or disassembly and maintenance by consumers themselves).
Reminders that are not within the scope of free service.

Elimination strategy
According to the three-guarantee period stipulated by the state, if the following conditions are met and the user refuses to repair or replace the machine, the machine can be returned.
1. If the product has major performance failure, such as compressor failure, internal leakage of heat exchanger, etc., it can be returned.
2. Within one year from the date of sale, the user still cannot repair it after contacting it for more than two times (referring to the main performance) and still insists on returning the machine.
Provisions on the return of aircraft depreciation expenses
1. For those who do not meet the conditions for returning the machine, but the user insists on returning the machine, the daily depreciation fee 1% will be deducted according to three guarantees from the date of purchase, in which the maintenance occupation and maintenance time will be deducted.
2. For the old machine that has been replaced by returning the machine or changing the machine, if it has maintenance value, it must ensure that the quality and performance of the repaired machine reach the factory quality standard before it can be sold.
