Anhui Radio, Film and Television Vocational and Technical College is a public vocational college headed by Anhui Education Department and directed by Anhui Radio and Television Bureau. It is also one of the earliest institutions in China to hold higher vocational education in radio, film and television, and has won the "excellent" grade in the evaluation of talent training in higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province.
The college has a long history. Founded in 1960, it was then called Anhui Intermediate Broadcasting School. 1984 The school was renamed as Anhui Radio and Television School, which enrolled students for the whole province. In July 2002, with the approval of the Anhui Provincial People's Government and the record of the Ministry of Education, it was upgraded to Anhui Radio, Film and Television Vocational and Technical College, enrolling students for the whole country.
The college is located in the northwest of the intersection of Wenzhong Road and Huaihai Avenue, a higher education base in Xinzhan District, Hefei. Covering an area of 6 18.89 mu, it has a teaching building, a training building, a library, a student apartment, a canteen and a comprehensive logistics service building of 654,380+0.5 million square meters, meeting the scale of running a school for 8,000 people. Among them, the college has an academic lecture hall, a studio, a film and television production center, an animation production center and an experimental radio station.
The school has more than 20 comprehensive experimental training bases 120, such as experimental TV station, campus website, radio and television transmission center, electronic production laboratory, communication and network laboratory, multimedia network language laboratory, animation production room, advertising production room, TV program production editing room and non-editing laboratory. The total value of teaching instruments and equipment is over 34 million yuan.
