The smooth development of insurance industry needs to strengthen the honesty education and system construction of insurance parties. In reality, people feel that society lacks honesty, not because there is no honesty content and legal norms, but because there is a lack of encouragement and protection for honesty. Although the country has done a lot of work in strengthening legal protection, increasing honesty propaganda, increasing punishment for dishonesty, and assessing the construction of insurance integrity, it has not effectively protected and promoted honesty. 1. Seize the opportunity of social credit system construction and lay the foundation for the construction of insurance credit system.

The progress of the insurance industry can not be separated from the progress of the economy, but also from the progress of the society. To construct the credit system of insurance industry, we must combine the credit consciousness of modern society and improve the social credit environment. The construction of China's credit system has begun. The Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee put forward: "Establish and improve the social credit system" and "build a social credit system supported by morality, based on property rights and guaranteed by law". In September, 2003, six ministries and commissions jointly issued "Work Opinions on Carrying out Social Integrity Publicity and Education". The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed to build a harmonious socialist society. Therefore, the credit system construction of the insurance industry is just the right time, and we should seize the opportunity to constantly improve our own credit system construction and make contributions to the credit construction of the whole society.

2. Strengthen the legal construction of insurance integrity, and provide legal protection for the construction of insurance integrity system.

The construction of insurance laws and regulations in China has been strengthened in terms of honesty, and the punishment for dishonesty is also increasing. The "Measures for the Administration of Insurance Salesmen" has been promulgated, and the binding force of industry self-discipline on insurance enterprises is also increasing. However, specific measures such as how to maintain the integrity image of the industry and how the functional departments of government agencies cooperate with the insurance regulatory authorities to increase penalties have not yet been introduced. We should improve the construction of laws and regulations as soon as possible and increase the punishment.

3. Establish an insurance credit management system to create conditions for the construction of the insurance credit system.

First of all, we should establish a strict credit management system. There should be checks and balances in all aspects of the management process, and the system should be used to ensure the realization of integrity. The second is to establish an information collection and disclosure system. At present, the management system of personal credit data has not been established in China, and the moral crisis caused by information asymmetry is inevitable. Initial achievements have been made in the information disclosure of insurance companies, especially the introduction of certification standards for marketers and the establishment of special networks for insurance marketers, which have strengthened the integrity behavior of marketers. However, insurance companies should also establish communication platforms with the public, such as public websites and on-site permanent information desks [7].

5. Reform the marketing system of insurance enterprises to inject vitality into the construction of insurance credit system.

At present, the marketing system of insurance competitors generally adopts the insurance agent system. Insurance salesmen are in the embarrassing position of "people on the edge of the city" and cannot establish an image of honesty in society. At the same time, due to the benefit of the first high commission return, some marketers have not rooted honesty in the life of the insurance profession, and they have forgotten justice. If we adopt employee marketing and change the identity of marketers, the level of integrity will be greatly improved.

6. Strengthen the credit evaluation of insurance companies.

At present, the insurance regulatory authorities have not yet established a complete evaluation system for the integrity behavior of insurance companies, nor a set of scientific evaluation indicators, nor a set of routine evaluation procedures. Insurance regulatory authorities and insurance industry associations should establish a series of strict evaluation systems and scientific evaluation indicators. In this regard, Guangxi Insurance Industry Association has carried out credit evaluation for two years, and the evaluation system is quantified as 100 points according to 36 items in three categories, with 80 points or above as the qualified standard. Insurance companies that do not meet the qualification requirements will be reported to the China Insurance Regulatory Commission and the corresponding general enterprises, which has achieved very gratifying results.
