The predecessor of Beijing Online Vocational College is China Information University founded by National Information Center 1993. Beijing Online Vocational College was founded on 20 15, with the national plan to recruit students and develop higher vocational education as its school purpose. Accelerating scientific and technological innovation and building a network power, a digital China and a smart society are the national strategic goals set by the 19th National Congress. As a national science and technology innovation center, Beijing leads the country in the demand for Internet technology talents, and Beijing is also the region that trains the most Internet technology talents.
