2. The formation of students

The first and second teams are regimental, divisional and military cadres of the Red Army, such as Chen Geng, Yang Dezhi, Zhou Zikun, He Changgong, Xi Han Heng, Ceng Xisheng, Luo Binghui, Lai Chuanzhu, Hu Yaobang, Wang Weizhou, Yao, Shao Shiping, Zhou Chunquan, Wang Qian, Liu Xiping, Liu Xing, Luo Huasheng, Zhang Jingwu, Ye Shaohua, Ji Gan and so on.

After the Xi Incident, some patriotic fighters of the former Northeast Army and the Northwest Army also went to Yan 'an to study at Kangda University, including Zhang Xueliang's younger brothers and Zhang, and the son of General Yang Hucheng.

Teams 3 to 8 are company and battalion cadres of the Red Army, with a total of 753 people. Team 9- 14 is a group of 609 young students, organized into four groups.

Most of the students in the four battalions are from Kuomintang areas, mainly patriotic young students who participated in the "December 29" anti-Japanese and national salvation movement in Pingjin. In addition, a girls' district team was set up, with 59 people including He Zizhen and Kang Keqing.

The school has established the Education Committee, the Political Department, the Training Department and the School Affairs Department. Mao Zedong is also the chairman of the Education Committee. President Lin Biao and Liu Bocheng were appointed vice presidents of Kangda University, while Fu Zhong was appointed director of political department and Liu Yalou was appointed minister of training department. Yan 'an is the seat of The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CCCPC). Intellectuals and progressive youths from various provinces and cities in China, as well as patriotic overseas Chinese who have returned home, have gone to Yan 'an to study at Kangda University.

In order to adapt to the development of the Anti-Japanese War, Kangda did not wait until the second phase of students graduated from the school, and the third phase officially started on August 1937. After the start of the third semester, there were still many new students swarming in, and the school decided to follow the formation.

2. The formation of students

In the third stage, 1, 372 students were enrolled and organized into three brigades. Teams 1 to 6 are Red Army cadres, mostly former Fourth Army cadres, with a total of 6 16. Among them are Li Xiannian, Wang Shusheng, Xu, Zeng, Cao, Ding Guoyu, Luo Shunchu and Li Shouxuan. Teams 7 to 9 are young students, with a total of 366 people. This period is a period of unprecedented development in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression. From May to August alone, 2,288 people went to Yan 'an through the Eighth Route Army office in Xi 'an. During this period, 5,562 students registered and were organized into eight brigades and forty-three teams. During this period, the faculty of the whole school expanded to 1386, most of whom were young intellectual cadres trained by the school itself, which greatly strengthened the power of education.

Ai Siqi, Ren, Guo Huaruo, Zhang Qingfu and Yang Zhao are the chief teachers of military and political education. 90 military teachers and teaching assistants; Political teachers and teaching assistants 128 people; There are twelve culture teachers.
