The "Guiding Opinions on Carrying out the Second Batch of the Party's Mass Line Education Practice Activities" issued by the General Office of the Central Committee of the CPC clearly pointed out that the key task of educational practice activities is to focus on solving the outstanding problems of "four winds", solving the problems related to the vital interests of the masses, and solving the "last mile" problem of contacting and serving the masses.
