Knowledge (knowledge and learning) is the foundation, faith (correct belief and positive attitude) is the driving force, and behavior (behavior change) is the goal.

1. "Knowledge" stands for knowledge and learning, which is the foundation. Health knowledge and information are the basis for establishing positive and correct beliefs and attitudes, and then changing health-related behaviors.

2. "Faith" means that belief and attitude are the driving forces. Faith is people's belief in the principles that should be followed in their own lives, and often dominates people's actions with feelings and will. Attitude refers to a stable psychological tendency to approach or deviate, support or oppose people, things, things and certain activities.

3. The goal of "behavior" is to produce behavior changes such as promoting healthy behaviors and eliminating harmful behaviors. The transformation of knowledge into behavior still needs external conditions, and health education is an important external condition to promote the transformation of knowledge into behavior.
