2 students who have lost their graduation, graduation and graduation certificate may submit a written application to the original issuing school. After verification by the school, the education administrative department of the district or county shall issue a diploma.

3. Specific operation:

Students who meet the conditions of graduation, graduation and withdrawal from school will be issued with academic certificates by the Education Bureau after being approved by the school.

If the academic certificate is lost and needs to be reissued, you can apply to the school first.

Then the school will submit the application documents to the administrative department under its jurisdiction and issue academic certificates.
