Aesthetic education, that is, aesthetic education, is an organic part of China's education system and an important part of implementing quality education. Music education is one of the manifestations of aesthetic education, which is the core of music education. Music education in primary and secondary schools aims to cultivate students' interest in learning music, stimulate students to develop healthy aesthetic taste, and gradually improve students' aesthetic ability on the basis of mastering certain music knowledge and skills, so that music can bring them aesthetic pleasure, emotional resonance and spiritual purification, and make them become people who love music, art and life. Aesthetic experience is the most important embodiment of the value of music courses in primary and secondary schools. 200 1 The Ministry of Education revised and released the new Music Teaching Syllabus for Full-time Primary and Secondary Schools in Nine-year Compulsory Education (hereinafter referred to as the Syllabus). The Outline has established a new educational concept in the new century. It no longer aims at imparting music knowledge and skills, but focuses on emotional education and aesthetic education, and cultivates students' innovative spirit and practical ability in teaching activities such as music creation, performance and appreciation. This new concept of music education conforms to the characteristics of music art itself and the requirements of quality education being implemented in China. However, in the implementation of music education in primary and secondary schools in China, the value of music lessons has not been paid enough attention. Music class is only to complete the teaching task and instill some music knowledge and skills into students, which not only makes students lose their interest in learning music, but also loses the role of music aesthetic education, which runs counter to the basic principles of music pedagogy.
