First, the teacher's morality:

This semester, our three teachers jointly prepared the lesson "Qin Terracotta Warriors and Horses" as a report class on campus. After class, we conducted in-depth research and reflection on the teaching effect. After listening to Mr. Hu's three classes, we should put forward our own views and opinions on the problems existing in teaching in time, communicate, find out the shortcomings and sum up experience, so as to improve Mr. Hu's classroom teaching ability. The focus is on how to establish teaching objectives, key points and difficulties according to the requirements of the new curriculum standards in the teaching process, and how to establish practical teaching methods according to the actual situation of students. Pairing staff not only embodies the spirit of mutual learning and mutual promotion in the "Five Advocates and Five Oppositions", but also has an upsurge of comparison, learning, catching up and helping in civilized service and business skills, which makes the "one gang and one pair" activity play a role of "strict standards, novel forms and comprehensive promotion".
First, the standards are strict. The new employees participating in the activities are all young people born in 1980s who have worked for less than 3 years. The old employees are required to be over 38 years old, with good moral quality, good charging skills, attention to collective interests, dedication and helpfulness, and strict selection criteria.
Second, the activity form is novel. In order to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of pairing, this activity has increased the interest. The Youth League branch has changed the previous organizational thinking of talking, studying and discussing, mainly through the interactive mode of completing established tasks, participating in competitive events and games. For example, in the implementation stage of the activity, the task of "helping a group in a limited time" is to ask each group of helpers to help each other learn a skill within a specified time (for example, old employees teach new employees to take home special dishes to their parents to taste, and young employees teach old employees to send emails to their children) to correct a shortcoming. Before the activity, the pairing personnel should formulate and publish their own specific assistance goals, and at the end of the activity, they should show the results at the summary meeting.
