If you pass the initial test, you must go through the interview and written test before you can enter the next round of re-examination (that is, trial lecture). The content of the trial is up to you, depending on which subject you are teaching. The second interview will be conducted at Guangzhou Longwen Headquarters or directly at the branch school. After passing, if you are a fresh student, you need to be trained before you can take up your post. Each stage takes about 2-3 days. The training will take a month.
