Le 'an's teachers are all graduates of normal university, with teacher qualification certificates and more than three to five years' teaching experience in the education industry. All teachers have to go through three rounds of interviews before they can be hired, and they have to go through a series of professional training before they can be formally hired (the difficulty of the test paper is the same as that of Hangzhou No.2 Middle School, Zhenhai Middle School and Jiaochuan College). After joining the job, they will continue to conduct teaching and research studies in synchronization with teaching and research activities in Zhejiang Province every week to ensure that full-time teachers and primary and secondary schools grow together.
