Doctoral degree recognized by the state:

1, the state recognizes the in-service doctoral degree.

At present, the doctorate is the highest degree in China. Of course, it's different from the days when doctors were scarce. Although it is not so easy to get into the doctor's degree, there are not a few people who apply for it. In particular, there are still working doctors who can choose to register. This method is of course supported and recognized by the state, and the on-the-job doctoral degree certificate is also recognized in our country. We don't have to worry about that.

2. There are in-service doctors abroad.

In-service doctors are not only available in China, but also abroad. They are also designed for working people. Of course, not only foreign people can apply for in-service doctors, but also our domestic people can apply for in-service doctors abroad.

3. The state recognizes foreign in-service doctoral degrees.

Many ways of adult continuing education are recognized by the state, and doctors in service are of course included. Our qualifications for continuing adult education in China need to be recognized by the Ministry of Education. Of course, the on-the-job doctoral degree certificate we obtained abroad can also be recognized by the state at home.

Doctoral degree:

Doctor's degree is an academic title that indicates that the education level and academic level of the grantee have reached the prescribed standards. Among bachelor's degree, master's degree and doctor's degree, doctor's degree is the highest level. China's doctorate was awarded by universities and scientific research institutions awarded by the State Council.

Postgraduates in institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions, or persons with the same academic ability as postgraduates, may be awarded doctoral degrees after passing the course examination and thesis defense for doctoral degrees and reaching the prescribed academic level.

Anyone who supports the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC), abides by laws and regulations, has good conduct, has made achievements in teaching, scientific research, professional technology and management, has the same academic level as a graduate student, and the academic level or professional technology level reaches the standard for degree conferring (hereinafter referred to as the equivalent academic level personnel) may apply for a doctorate from the relevant degree conferring units in accordance with these Provisions.

With the approval of the the State Council Academic Degrees Committee, a unit that has the right to confer doctorates on people with the same academic qualifications may confer doctorates on people with the same academic qualifications in disciplines and majors that have already been awarded postgraduate degrees.

Degree awarding standards at all levels shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Interim Measures for the Implementation of Academic Degrees Regulations in People's Republic of China (PRC).
